Alexey Gospodarev
Executive Director, Russian National Committee
of the World Energy Council

Mr. Alexey Gospodarev born on June 28, 1979 in the Belaya Kalitva city in Rostov Region, Russia.

He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MGIMO in the direction of international economics with a degree
in Finance and Credit. Also has a law degree and a PhD in Economics.

From 2002 to 2021 he held various positions in state bodies of Russia, in particular, he headed Departments of International Cooperation at the Russian Ministry
of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade and Ministry of Agriculture.

In 2021, he was appointed Executive Director of the Russian Member Committee
of the World Energy Council.
